The Process
In order to get the best possible pet portrait, it is important to get the photo right.
Here are some pointers to help you take a good photo.
1. Aim for a picture where there is a glint in your dog's eyes. Please see the example below:

2. Aim to have a picture where the dog is not looking directly at the camera, but is instead looking just off to the side. Please see the example below:

3. Take your photo outdoors - this ensures better lighting.

Following the above simple steps will ensure that we have a great photo of your dog to work from.

Note you can also send a video of your dog if that is easier and then I can take a still from the video.
